I had the most wonderful experience working with Lucia to clarify what my particular talents are (aka my superpowers!).

She held the space, track my meandering conversation and ask just the right questions at just the right time. She reflected back what she'd heard in a clear and (crucially) connected way that allowed me to first recognise it and then move it one step further.

Together we arrived at an understanding of what I do that's special, which I then fine tuned until I was satisfied.

I now have a clear and articulated set of statements that enables me to move my work forward by putting myself in the right position/s for the work I'm best at and love the most.

That's very powerful.
