After two decades in the same industry, I awoke from my career coma.
I thought I was smart. Until I felt stupid.

The base one-to-one programme (The Fierce Accelerator) is a six month programme.
Some clients have demanding roles, a personal deadline and/or can’t get the time to do the design work quickly enough for them.
If you have more time on your hands and want to move faster - There is a Speedy Sherpa option.
This has three differences
We have 60mins- one-hour a we together weekly rather than 30mins fortnightly.
I invest 10 extra hours (average) in a done-for-you discovery of your Superpowers. I basically make your life my mastermind specialist subject.
We also spend a Speedy Sherpa day together. - in person where possible. See the brochure for details on locations.
I work with all sorts of people. Some can run marathons in a couple of hours a week, and others need more support to think differently. I meet you exactly where you are. And move forward from there.

Of course, it depends on how much time you can prioritise.
Many of my clients are working full-time so they can only dedicate an hour or two each week of their spare time.
Some own their own business or have exited their previous company - both of those often have more flexibility over their time investment and can move faster.
The Assessment phase can be completed, with focus, in less than 2 hours.
The Discovery process takes 3-4 weeks.
The right idea/direction-finding typically takes 3/4 weeks - under the average circumstances.
The remaining time is spent turning the dream into a reality - and we move as fast as you can depending on time available, skills required, gaps in knowledge or network.

When we work together on a one-to-one basis there are two options - starting at £5,550+20%VAT (£6600) for the six months done-with-you programme.
To give you some context - The Fierce Emporium is a group programme that teaches career design. It includes an intense six-week learning phase, and then monthly group consulting calls.
There are zero one-to-one sessions.
The investment for that group programme is £2789.

You can pay upfront or split the payment over three months.

No two midlife professionals are the same.

For any of the other programmes, if you happen to live on my door-step, I’d love to meet you for a celebratory coffee or vino when we’ve got you on-the-move.
I have no-small obsession with using my work time valuably - so that I get to squeeze as much play time as possible.
And since I work with people from all corners of the earth, zoom is fantastically effective.

Yes. You can split the payment over two or three months via direct debit.
The first will be paid before our first meeting and the next payment on the same day the following month.

Of course! Our sessions are always conducted via zoom. Location isn’t important.
