What do your surroundings look like a year from now? Are you in a different home or workspace? What's your environment like? Is it organized, serene, and welcoming?
Reflecting on things like this can help you spot gaps between your current reality and your dreams.
Number two, rethink your routines.
On your normal, ideal Tuesday, what time do you wake up? Is it a really early start for mindfulness and meditation? Or just a slow, gentle morning? Be specific. What's your first activity? Exercise? Coffee with your partner? Coffee alone? Breakfast with the kids? Or just diving into your to do list? What does your nutrition look like? When does your workday start and end?
